Well it's 4:30 AM and I am here at work.....lucky me! :-) I got on the scale this morning....nothing. :-( Oh well....guess this is my flat day. And to think....I was a good girl all day yesterday. LOL! We'll see what tomorrow brings. I may not log in, but I'll be back on Monday!

Mel's Update Day 8: I lost 2 lbs....went on the boat today and brought my food in the cooler. It wasn't the same on the beach without a glass of wine but keeping my mind on the target. :-)
