Mel's Day 10 Update: Dropped 1 lb yesterday and stayed the same today. I found that grilled asparagus with just sea salt, pepper, and lemon is very tasty, especially since there aren't many of the veggies I like from our list (spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage). Can't wait until the maintenance phase to get a little variety. :-)
