Happy Monday all!
So I went down for Day 4 (Friday) and hit quite the hiccup for Day 5 with almost a one pound gain. I did a little cheat, but I think that in conjunction with mistakenly using lotion, body wash with oil, and hair stuff with oil all pretty much sealed my fate. I did a steak day that day, and dropped two pounds by the next morning. My loss between Sunday and today was only .4lbs, but hey.....I'll take it!

I started the low calorie portion of the diet on Monday 7/5, so today is Day 10 for me. I'm down 6.8 pounds from my pre-fat-load weigh-in on the morning of 7/3. No cheats so far, and really no problems with being super hungry. I must admit that I miss my glass of wine with dinner!!
